Shipping Policy

The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-7 business days.

Orders will be shipped out within 1-7 business days. 
USPS shipping times may vary.

All orders are fulfilled through the USPS.
Please allow for additional shipping time if your order was purchased near a national holiday, inclement weather, and Covid-19 related delays.
Processing time and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
For orders placed with an incorrect address, it may be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. 
If your package is delayed and the tracking number has not updated in a few days, please consider filling out a claim for USPS to track down your package by going here:

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 
All orders are securely packaged before shipping. NerdSpace Design is not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. NerdSpace Design is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

NerdSpace Design has a refund policy of 7 days. You will have 7 days to contact us from when you received your order to let us know you'd like a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

To let us know you'd like to start a return, please email us at and once accepted, it can be sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels/costs and must be shipped within 7 days of the return being accepted. Please do not send us a return without first contacting us as it will not be accepted.

Items not eligible for a refund include personalized items, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab bags and sale items (including but not limited to B-Grade items).

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations are accepted, however, if your order is shipped prior to receiving notice the order cannot be cancelled.
